I've received no custom drops from Elite mobs recently. 2 Lichs and 1 Skeletal Dark Night, and I got nothing more than their vanilla drops (rotten flesh and bones).

I'm having trouble with the Hunt More Elites quest. I'm not getting any progress displayed (X/25), and I feel like I have probably killed all 25 Elites but have no interactions with Reinwald.

Had a bug happen after completing the Kill 100 Vets quest. All of the Ethereal Substances dropped wouldn't stack, but they would stack after turning into Phantasmal Bones.

The train station system to the north is flooded with minecarts and backlogged. For the past few trips, when heading north, the chunks for the station will load up, and I believe at least three minecarts start coming towards the player. When they hit, they, of course, stop the player's minecart and start sending them back to spawn. I know to expect it now, so I hop out of the cart in time. For new players, though, they can easily not realize it and get sent right back to spawn.

As the title states, this post will be asking about constructing a waypoint. I have no intention of doing so in the near future, but I plan on staying long enough to be able to make one someday. I know when you go to spawn and various towns with waypoints, you can see the pattern of precious blocks. That's not too hard to copy. However, I've noticed that while I wait for chunks to load, I can see redstone elements under the waypoint floor. Is there more to it than just constructing the structure of the precious blocks? What are the redstone components involved?
