    It's possible that there's a specific configuration of Firework Star/Rocket that works but I haven't found it; I suspect it requires a  Star with no color value and those can only be spawned via commands.

     

    Fixed. This was a stupid bug due to an inconsistent internal name for fire charges.

    This has been "resolved" by eliminating "borrowed" elytra and just dropping the player at y=256 if there is no safe landing spot. Should give enough time to pop elytra, cast escape, whatever.

    Royal Cartographer has nothing to say to me and the quests are afaik complete, just no realm warp spell 

    I can't fix this unless you are signed on, but also, it's "/cast realmwarp-avenfeld" not "/realmwarp-avenfeld"

  5. Sounds are controlled by resource packs. Delete the sound from yours or turn down the volume - even a server-side deletion would just default to vanilla (which it already is).

    Thought I fixed the spawns though, will look into it.

    Do you mean from the quest or from monsters? You're supposed to convert them anyway. Probably won't spend time on this as it's beyond my control.

    If you cast iceblock again after it goes off cooldown, you get the "Your ice block wears off." message (which by the way, never happens until the spell goes off cooldown even though it seems like it should happen when the ice disappears), and then invulnerability is taken away from the player.

     

    Further testing finds that the invulnerability does wear off, but way after the spell's cooldown resets.

    Known issue, something to do with the plugin. There'll be a hoe exchange (lol) when the author fixes it

    Explanation

    Since it's not going to be a thing to convert exp into bottles, this spell would be nice for players with Mending gear who want to quickly repair their items but don't want to risk fighting mobs and having their items break, or don't want to be fishing for an hour to get the exp needed.

    Problem I want to solve / gap I want to fill:

    Basically would be useful for monster hunters whose armor gets damaged after a lot of fighting. I know I personally have had my armor's durability get low (even with Unbreaking 3) after lots of fighting.

    Solution explanation:

    This spell would allow me to eject all my currently collected levels as exp orbs for me to pick up and have repair my armor.

    I appreciate the suggestion, but this won't be added.

    You already know about the bones issue

    Not sure if you saw on discord that elec finished the elites quest and didn't get the burnished armor reward -- counting mav that's 2 ppl it happened to I think

    looks like an issue with your texture pack not supporting nbsp characters.

    I'll get him the armor later. It's the same bug affecting the bones.

  12. It's meant to only say any % when you have them all done at once, I think. The % tracker indicates completed tasks, and they only complete simultaneously.

    Per Discord, the debug text is a known (and already-reported) issue inherent to the beta build we're using.

  13. It looks like you don't have all of the requirements met - they have to be simultaneously completed.

    The path thing should prompt you to use "view" rather than "check" - and you can use /rankup, which I scripted to check permissions and return the appropriate results, as shorthand for that.

    Regardless, forwarded this to the dev.

  14. You have to build the thing, but it's not automatic. For it to be added to the network, you also have to build community resources, designate space for people to move in, etc. The goal of the waypoint network is to create points of interest and communities for new players to explore and potentially join.

    It doesn't have more griefing potential than a bucket, but it comes in handy if you're not carrying one. also may be useful to set certain traps.

     

    This is a better idea, but I think it would be too difficult for players to make use of it effectively.

    For everyone, please try harder to explain why you want a feature. Don't tell me what it "may be useful" for - be clear about why you think this thing you're proposing will solve a problem for you, what that problem is, and why it matters. I would like to only add spells and skills that have actual use cases. Otherwise, the spell list gets cluttered, and they feel like bloated filler content. Everything should matter.

    If you need an immediate escape hatch, you can use the new Escape spell.

    A skill that makes you immune to said 'Pulls' and other things like the poisons and the black hearts?

    Deathgrip is already available.

    Immunity to crowd-control effects is available, at least in part, via Tenacity.

    As you all well know by now, I'm always working on adding magic spells. Most of my work here comes from observing and collecting data on player behavior, but suggestions are always welcomed. I can't promise that your suggestions will be implemented as-proposed, if even at all, but I do listen to all of your comments. In particular, it would be helpful if you could explain why you want something and what it's supposed to accomplish in as much detail as possible - this makes it easier for me to satisfy your gameplay goals, even if I can't do what you initially ask for.

    In addition to spells, you will soon be able to acquire and utilize powerful new abilities that don't require redstone to activate. We'll call them "skills" for now. These will be more powerful than standard spells. Additionally, while spells can be focused on any gameplay facet (combat, utility, etc.), the purpose of skills is to give you more combat tools, make you feel more powerful, and reward you for your efforts in fighting back the minions of evil.

    Please also feel free to propose things even if you don't know what mold they fit under - I might ask clarifying questions, and we can go back and forth.
